Life of Fred: Fractions is the first book in the series. It presupposes that the reader knows three things:
i) the addition tables (What's 5 + 8?)
ii) the multiplication tables (What's 7 times 8?)
iii) long division (What's 6231 divided by 93?)
We personally recommend that your child complete Professor B Mathematics Levels 1 to 3 before starting Life of Fred Math. Life of Fred: Fractions can be started after completing Level 2. Life of Fred: Decimals & Percents and Life of Fred: Beginning Algebra can be started after completing Professor B Level 3.
